The price includes:
Consumption (water, electricity and gas) and ancillary costs;
Parking for 1 car for each House;
Outdoor pool use:
Free Wi-Fi in public areas;
Beach service: 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers are included in the price of some villas;
Final cleaning;
Bed linen and towels for 4 people.

Air Conditioning Supplement € 50 per week available only in some Villas by reservation
City tax.
€ 0.30 per person per night, Children under 12 years of age are exempt.
The tax is not included in our prices and must be paid in cash directly at the reception in the residence.
